5 years into her real estate career, Teide has grown from a buyers agent in her first year where Diego first met her at one of his open homes, to a team agent who now also serves as a 2ic and leader of the mentorship programme for new agents. The progression from standard agent to 2ic and head of mentorship stems from a drive to always be and do more because average is simply not an option.It is also based on loyalty and respect for the team (and the office) and the satisfaction I take in knowing we are growing and succeeding together. Being 2ic to Diego, allows him to focus more on the growth of the business while I focus on the day to day runnings and management of the team. Together we recognised a demand for a structured training programme for new agents who desperately need the guidance of how to navigate the industry which led us to create our Mentorship programme. Teide still lists and sells as every other agent does, it is simply her belief that better never stops which allows her to do so much more in her 24/7 of real estate.
