With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Matt has navigated everything from apartment sales and hundreds of auctions to residential and commercial investments. Having worn many hats—salesperson, manager, founder—he’s developed a wealth of practical knowledge.

Driven by a desire for purpose and a vision to make a difference, Matt set out to create an alternative to the traditional real estate model. Over the last 4½ years, he has built a NZ-made, remote-work real estate agency from the ground up.

Along the way, he’s learned invaluable lessons about team-building, business development, and resilience.
